Our beautifully presented apartment is located in the prime area of Pervolia, along the southern coast of Cyprus. Being just a 10 minute drive from Larnaca International Airport makes this property the ideal holiday home for any occasion.

The 2 bedroom apartment has a very modern open plan design which keeps you cool during the hot summer months and warm throughout the cooler season and is fully kitted out with air conditioning.

The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second has twin beds, which is ideal for the family. Leather sofas dominate the living area, which is accompanied by a 4 seater dining table, flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking station and fully fitted kitchen with silver goods. Plates, cups, mugs, saucers, cutlery etc are all provided when you rent out this holiday home, along with bath/beach towels, duvets and bed linen.

The Olympians development has a communal pool which is accessible all year round, and a basement gym which is perfect if you want to keep up your fitness while you are away!

Pervolia

The village of Pervolia is roughly 14kms South West of Larnaca and has grown over the past five years with new housing, holiday homes and the tourist industry.

The residents of Pervolia are friendly, the location is beautiful and the food is authentic, making it a great place to spend a couple of weeks, years, or a lifetime.

There are plenty of good restauarants to eat out in the village and all provide really good food. The restaurants are mainly situated in the centre of the village (just a short walk from the apartment) and  is totally pedestrianised in the Summer months which means there is plenty of outside seating in all of them.

We love to take a stroll into the centre, enjoy a relaxing drink and then sit outside to eat our meal (which is always excellent) and take in the fun and surroundings. The atmosphere is always so great and the restaurant owners make you feel very welcome. We especially love to visit Peter and his brother at Pyrgos restauarant.

There are also some great beaches just a short drive away.
